"Not to gush, but our stay has been extraordinary in every way. Kristina snd Marco at the front desk provided superb service in too many ways to list for my handicapped husband. The manager of the restaurant made special dinner arrangements for us and our guests, providing us with a table by the fireplace and complete privacy. Perfect location - great hotel

"This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time. "
