"This place is truly a hidden gem! We celebrated my husband's birthday here, and it made the occasion incredibly special. Despite considering cancellation after reading some reviews, everything exceeded our expectations once we arrived. Parking was a breeze, thanks to the convenient garage available. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by Amelia at the front desk, whose sincerity and friendliness set a wonderful tone for our stay. She provided us with a map of the property, offered us water, and gave us directions to our room. Shortly after, we received a text encouraging us to reach out if we encountered any issues during our stay. Walking to our beachfront room, we admired a stunning aquarium in the lobby, along with a couple of outdoor table games to enjoy. The room itself was lovely, though we noticed a bit of bird droppings on the balcony, which is to be expected near the beach. The soothing sound of the waves was incredibly calming, and beach access was just one floor down through the gate. The restaurant was fantastic as well! Our server provided excellent customer service, and the food was delicious. They even offered a coloring sheet for my son, which he loved. It was hard to leave this hotel, and I wish we could have stayed longer. During checkout, they kindly offered bottled water for the road, making the process smooth and easy. * If you prefer alternatives to the restaurant, there are plenty of food options just a short walk away on Avenida de la Playa.
