"My only disappointment was not being able to walk onto the patio-area to get a better look at the Godzilla! Location was vibrant and walkable. Would highly recommend. "

"Compact clean room, great security and shops onsite:lawsons,family mart along with other food options. Free luggage storage before check in and after checkout. Across street from metropolitan building. Easy walk from train/subway from shinjuku station or tochomae subway station. "

"This hotel was in a great location near many food options and convenience stores and train station. The rooms are a bit small then other apa hotels I have been at but is to be expected from my experience in this location. Staff and service was very helpful and helped me with anything I needed. Rooms is overall in good condition they clean upon request if needed before next scheduled full clean day. They also hang fresh towels and other essentials every day so you will always have a fresh towel to shower with and yukata for spa/onsen that's on the second floor. The only downside i had at all about the hotel/room or staff itself really is the inability to temperature control your own room to what u want either the room unit is set to heat or ac for entire floor you cannot customize this so if your a hot sleeper but they have it set to heat only your out of luck this overall for me was a very small inconvenience. Spring was very moderate in temperatures and was not a big problem."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to get anywhere, it was a short walk to the major train station. We would definitely go back if we have the chance to visit Japan again. "
