"Booked last minute. Since the Yen is so weak my dollar goes along way. Executive corner suite was fantastic. Sort of a self check out thing that I needed help with, but the gentleman was helpful. Wasn't sure on daily service but got back to my room after a very long day and it was emaculate. Even my sweater was neatly folded. Combini on the third floor is you don't feel like going out. "Friendly and polite staff at the reception. The hotel was close from subway and train stations and excellent access to places for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but very clean and safe. Great hotel for a budget traveller. "

"L’albergo molto decente , c’è una backery se hai voglia di un caffè con dolcino . Difronte siamo andati a mangiare la carne di Kobe al ristorantino Plasir nell’albergo B2 la sera . Per me ottimo lo chef bravo e gentile . Dall’albergo prendi 2 treni per andare a vedere il castello bianco , la prima stazione a 6-7 minuti dall’albergo poi fai un transfer per il secondo treno . "I had a wonderful visit at the Portopia Hotel. My room had all of the toiletries I needed plus a set of pajamas and slippers. When I ordered room service, the staff came to my room to take my order. I would definitely recommend this hotel as an American visiting Japan. However, it is on Port Island so I had to tax in Kobe."

"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected.
