"This was a wonderful hotel in a convenient area of Kyoto, right by a subway station and nice restaurants. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a nicely designed bathroom. We had a bed with 3 rooms which was great for our group. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. If I get to return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again! "

"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."

"Excellent hotel! Just a heads up if you have tattoos you can't use the public bath, which is understandable given the culture. Spa service, convince store, bar, and restaurants all in the hotel. "

"It’s close to the airport and the facilities and room in the hotel was very good. It’s also walkable to the premium outlets which was why we stayed here for a night. The train station is nearby and we could take the train to nearby districts for other food options too. Overall a very nice experience! "

"The location is in the perfect. Close to all of the dining and shopping of Kawaramachi. Transport is easily accessible to many locations and walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Close to Osaka station where shopping and restaurants around. A lawson and a drug store just downstairs. Clean and looks newly renovated. The room is spacious with an extra bed for my little one. Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait."
