"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "

"Brilliant location. Very comfortable bed and was very quiet and so had a perfect nights sleep. The bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed. Did my washing, whilst relaxing in the bath! A great sociable workspace if needed. Loved it and so highly recommend you stay here."

"Great location. Good cafe/bar. Room was decent size and cheap. Lots of amenities available. My fault but didn’t realise the room I booked didn’t have a bathroom. Onsen was nice touch as well"

"Public bath was good, but the capsules itself were really hot and stuffy. The ac inside the capsule did not help. "

"Great place, located right in the heart of Osaka. Dotonbori is a 10-15 min walk away and there's plenty of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and subway stations nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking forward to live the experience of staying in a capsule hotel."

"I was in a position where my flight was departing at 00:40, and i didn't want to hang about an airport for 4 or 5 hrs with no place to relax. Overall very good experience. Choice of to types of pods, first class and business class pod. First class is good as you can keep your luggage with you and the bed is slightly bigger. Perfect for any last mine luggage organisation. Food and drink are not to be consumed in the pods, there is a small communal area for that. One factory to consider is...

"The property was in a quiet alley but very close to shops and restaurants in Kyoto. Near an Irish pub with good drinks. Very nice staff and accessible lodging "

"You should not expect not so much because of inexpensiveness. But big bathroom was so comfortable. One of the staff(bald, 50-60's) was bad attitude, however, the other staff was good."
