The onsen facilities were excellent - exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing surroundings. The kaiseki dinner on the 1st night and the Kobe beef on the 2nd night were excellent. She was very hospitable and gave us information/recommendations around the area. The mall across the bridge has many cute stores and food to check out. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. We got a room with a private onsen, facing the water - beautiful view. Strongly recommend!"

"I absolutely loved this ryokan. The pictures online do not do it justice; the property is even better in person. The staff were very welcoming. The meals were amazing. The property was bigger than I thought it would be. The setting was peaceful. It was exactly what I was looking for. My only recommendation is that the shuttle from the train station should have a sign with the name of the property. "
