"a great onsen place with lots to offer. Many different types of onsen as well. Love the experience. Will come back for sure. The only thing you have to watch out for is. Take the shuttle bus and try not to walk up the really steep hill to the hotel. It is definitely some cardio exercise. But, if you take the shuttle bus, which is very convenient, you will save yourself some harsh exercise. "

We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. "The manager was very nice and accommodating. Made sure our stay was pleasant. Location was convenient to where we wanted to be. Good for a larger group of people since has two bedrooms and a kitchen. TV has about 5 japanese channels to watch, but we were not there to watch TV so did not spend much time watching. Rooms were clean and presentable. Washer worked good and had a dedicated room area to dry hanging clothes in the apartment."
