"its my 4th time to stay in apa hotel we like hot spring here and the covinience going to makuhari messe,i just want to make them improve the system of getting the reservation room ,we booked 1month before of our stay,but everytime we checked in its hard to get a room that near to everyone,just i said we booked 1month before our stay why they can't prepare a room that next to one of us"

"This is our second stay here. Rooms are small but very adequate and well organized. Staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. No problems with language issues. If necessary, there are always staff familiar with English to communicate with in person or on the telephone. Breakfast options are good deal before heading out to explore Tokyo for the day. "Facility is great just like any APA hotels. Check in process is smooth and well organized. However staff are cold and unwelcoming compared to other locations. Not sure if the staff are overwhelmed at the increase in tourism but the lack of attention and willingness to help is a let down. "
