"Traveled as a family of 4 with young kids. The Bailey was a welcome site after a long flight. Jet lagged and tired, we got there at the time they said the room would be ready - but unfortunately they were running behind. Instead of making us wait too long they ended up finding another solution and upgraded us to a bigger room. It was so nice to see that kind of hospitality. The concierge and bell folks are great as is their front desk personnel. Easy walking around the area, lots of pubs and food places. Pharmacy which is often important when you have young ones is just around the corner. Place is easy, clean, and reliable. Bar and restaurant downstairs also a welcome treat. We were quite happy and would be back! "

"The breakfast was amazing. It was very convenient to the tube and other areas. Lots of restaurants within a short walk as well as a Tesco grocery store next door. Free laundry and a nice fitness facility made this a gem. "

"Excellent location. 2mins walk from Earls court underground. Loads of eating places around the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are small but I didn't have a problem with that. Brilliant shower. Comfy bed. Cleaned to a high standard. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely return to the Oliver plaza hotel."
