"We had a wonderful week at the Log Lodge. This property is very unique and has a lot of history in the house itself and also in the carefully curated collection of art and other fun antique artifacts that the owners have decorated it with. The property itself is larger than most Tahoe area lots, and the dog-friendly policy was wonderful for us. There is even a fenced-in dog area behind the house that kept our furry loved ones safe and happy. The property managers are very friendly, cooperative...

"We stayed here with family friends for winter skiing. Location of the home was fabulous, easy to get everywhere and loved the lake front. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of skiing! Loved the layout of the hike with private bathrooms and king size beds for 3 of the bedrooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this property. "

"We had an amazing time at Bear Haven. The cabin felt very homey. Only reason I gave the cleanliness 3 stars, was because the hot-tub didn’t seem to be cleaned. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions. I would recommend the furniture be upgraded. The location was amazing even though Homewood ski resort was closed for this season the drive to Palisades Tahoe was not bad at all. I highly recommend this place for a familiy or families. "

"Very cute cabin. Nice and warm. Beautiful scenery. The only two bad things were there was a lot of pet hair on the furniture and one of the bed spreads had a gross stain on it. Everything else was lovely."

"We enjoyed our short stay and quick, clear communication. Place was comfortable and clean although the TV in the master bedroom didn't work (but we didn't end up needing it since the game room was working and was comfortable). Would recommend!"
