"Nice hotel in the middle of the old quarter. Evelyn from the hotel helped us book all the excersions and everything went perfectly. In Hanoi old quarter, people need to walk on the street with the cars and the motorcycles because the sidewalks are full of parked motorbikes or stalls.. it took us a day to get comfortable with that. The hotel is close to a nice lake and a walk (no cars) around the lake with good vibes and safe walking."

"We stayed at Lotus Boutique for a whole week and the staff was always very helpful and welcoming and great with kids. The day we arrived was my wifes birthday, and they had prepared a birthday cake and happy birthday was written in roses on the bed. We stayed in a family room which had a good size for 4 people and the bathroom had a tub which was nice. Breakfast was good and the buffet was supplemented by an ala carte selection. There is a wide selection of cafes and restaurant within short walking distance from the hotel. Absolutely recommended."
