"The picture on Expedia.com is exactly what you get. Super friendly staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. "Great location (neat street and not far from night market), seemed ok for the amount I paid (not as good as the picture). Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of outside noise but I guess that Ha Noi all over"

"There’s so many places to stay in Old Quarter so we struggled to decide but so happy we picked here. The location is perfect, the staff were all so sweet and the room was nice and clean. Highlight was the rooftop pool and bar, could have stayed up there for hours!"

"We loved the location of the Hotel. Very modern and clean. It was very close to all the old quarter tourist attractions. The staff was very nice, kind, and very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us all a list of all best places and a map of all the attractions that we walked to and visited. Thank you! 🙏 "

"I stayed for two nights. The furnishings were not nearly as nice as portrayed in the photo, they were old and worn. There wasn't an individual shower, there was a hose on the wall and everything in the bathroom gets wet. Bring your own toiletries. There were also ants in the room. I was told that breakfast began at 7am. I arrived at 7:05am and the entire buffet had been wiped clean by 6 Chinese tourists. It was not replenished until after 7:20am. The "spa" is laughable, it is a table behind a...

No complains from me and our family of 14 including kids. The staff are so cheerful, helpful, and full of enthusiasm that makes this hotel stands out from the other hotels I had been. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice of buffet and ala carte. Need to specially mention the 2 receptionist that were there during our 4 days 3 nights stay, Ms.Anna and another one (sorry forgot your name), they really made our day with their lovely smiles and greetings ! Overall in terms of hospitality, it is the best hotels I had been to (trust me)..It maybe a 4 star hotel, but with a 5 star hospitality service."
