"What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. "the hotel was absolutely lovely, staff were pleasant and check in was fast and easy. however i wasnt aware that this hotel was dog friendly and I suffer from allergies so sneezing my through my stay wasnt the best. i would also say that a mini fridge should most definitely be an essential in each room as i had to my put my dip and cheesecake in a bag outside to stay cold to find out it was then taken by staff the following day. the TV is also incredibly small for the size of the rooms it could...

"A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful. Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "The bedroom was well appointed with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. There was large soft bath towels, tea making equipment, comfortable bed, TV, and nice lighting. Even though my room overlooked a busy road the room was very quiet I would definitely stay there again. "

"There was a mix up with my booking on arrival, staff were very apologetic and got it sorted quickly and upgraded me due to the inconvenience. Staff were very professional and friendly. Food in restaurant was really good too. Only issue really was room had ab adjoining door and the person in the other room was niosy, those doors arnt well sound proofed."

"Fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Stone’s throw from the Pleasure Beach & South Pier, tram stop & a great Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast. Owner was fantastic, really friendly & helpful (even arranged great weather for us!). A real home from home with everything you need & we’d absolutely recommend. If & when we visit Blackpool again we'll definitely return here. Thank you! 👍"
