"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

He asked us if we’d booked breakfast - I thought we had. He said it wasn’t showing and asked us to check and come back and let him know. We didn’t come back, of course as 6 floors is a bit far to come down. It was my mistake as my booking seemed to not show the breakfast booking.
