"It was very nice, they were very friendly and kind, I only used the hotel to sleep, did not use any amenities in the hotel. I just found a hard time while showering, you need to pull a rod so hard to take a shower, which wasn't very convenient, I felt like I was fighting with that rod everytime I went to shower. But overall everything was nice and perfect."

"This was a wonderful property to start. We stayed there 11/8/2024 and early morning of 11/9/2024 there was a fire alarm! All floors evacuated down the 21 floors and it was orderly and the man at the front desk was very helpful, calming and attentive! Even when he was verbally berated by one woman who was clearly stressed out, he handle it with grace and dignity!"

"This is a pretty good and descent vintage hotel in the heart of NY City. Close to everything. I would be happy to come back to this hotel when visiting NY City. The service was perfect and friendly The concierge Daniel Goldman was awesome. He recommend us good places and even helped us with reservations. We are really pleased."

"The Hard Rock Hotel is situated a minute walk from Times Square, super convenient and a fantastic hotel to stay in. Staff are helpful and very polite. dining is lovely and the drinks are very good in the cocktail dept. The room was clean and well maintained, not too small but could do with more cupboard room. Overall a fantastic place to stay in New York City."
