Our view from our room wasn’t very pleasant. All we could see was the back of a building, its emergency stairs, and offices with people that could probably see us. We understand that the view isn’t something you are able to change, and we are grateful for your service, but we admit that we were a little disappointed when we opened the drapes in our hotel room in Times Square and only met brick walls. Regardless, we are very grateful for the amazong cleaning staff and reception. Thank you, we hope to come back.

The Hilton staff was very welcoming. The facility was clean and in a great location close to Times Square and within walking distance of many landmarks.

We stayed on the 8th floor during one week and the last three mornings we were woken up at 7am because of the remodeling works on the floor above us. Even though we complained since the first day, no one gave us the option to change rooms. When, after this ordeal, we asked for a 1pm check out (instead of 12pm) they said it was impossible. So I won’t be staying there again.

We stayed for christmas week and had a really comfortable stay. We didn't like the first room and the next morning staff were so helpful and nice about it as our stay was for a few days. They changed our room which really made the rest of our stay so much more pleasant. They were very accomodating, helpful with everything. Room service everyday which was nice and comforting after those long days and walks! Walkable to many places we wanted to visit. I love the proximity to Rockerfeller, times square etc. Bond money got refunded timely. Wifi is great speed. No negative really :) If you are reading this, thank you front staff and housekeeping. Little things make people's holiday pleasant and great memories. Please keep it up.

Rooms are small but not unexpected in Midtown Manhattan. Bring earplugs. It’s easy to hear people in the hall. They were very nice to keep our bags for us before and after our stay.

We are on the 17th floor and all I heard all night was the elevator shaft every time it stopped at a floor, I’ve never heard elevator hydraulics in a hotel ever! It was like someone was banging all night with pots and pans. Terrible. Then this morning, we have had the carpet cleaning outside our door for the last 45 mins right outside our door and we can smell the carpet solution. This started at 10:30am and we were up but what if someone was sleeping. So that was inconvenient and loud. Not a great experience at this hotel and definitely not with the noise of the elevator all night.

You can’t beat the location! The hotel was extremely busy during the Christmas break. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Times Square, a 3-minute walk to Rockefeller Center, and 15 minutes (with kids) to Central Park. We walked everywhere, and it was very convenient for our 5- and 10-year-olds. The room was very small for four people, even with two double beds, but it didn’t bother us. The staff was polite and friendly. Valet parking had a 6-hour wait, so we had to park at a nearby garage, which was slightly inconvenient. There’s a Thai restaurant across from the hotel with good food. McDonald’s is a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient for breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

This hotel could not be in a better location. A couple blocks from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, NY Public Library, Harold Square, Broadway Theaters, and shopping on 5th Avenue. The room was small with 2 beds, as most NYC hotel rooms are. The shower was very powerful with no way to adjust. The staff were all very nice. I would stay here again.
