We were greated instantly by the nicest front desk clerk ever. Sy helped us with luggage storage, restaurant and tour suggestions, water and even took our bags to our rooms. The location is perfect and our room was quite spacious with the exception of the washroom. We would return here, absolutely.

Perry at the front desk was terrific and made us feel very welcome and appreciated at check in. The Royal hotel has great personality and we love the inner courtyard. I do wish we had known our room was on the fourth floor with no elevator. So if you are staying caring large bags may be challenging.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good. There were some small issues with the shower door and the room door but they were handled promptly by the front desk and didnt impact our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful also.
