"My mom was unable to get out of Tampa to join us due to weather related flight cancellations. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the hotel were able to make any accommodation. The extra room was left empty through St Patrick’s Day parade week. The place is gorgeous, very nostalgic, and the staff is super kind and welcoming. While I wish the water was much hotter for our showers, it was a very nice experience and a great place to stay. Highly recommended "

"We really enjoyed our room for our anniversary. If you’re wanting peace and quiet at night, get a room where the balcony is not on Bourbon Street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at Holmes was good. The bartenders made excellent drinks. This is our stay when we visit New Orleans again."

"We love this property! When in NOLA there is nowhere else to stay! We have stayed at the hotel many times, this was our first time in the Iberville tower (new rooms). The manager on duty explained it so well - you are a new or old tower person. We loved the room, it was perfect but we are old room people! We know next time to book old room - there is no bad room, we just love the old room's charm. The service was, as always, impeccable - the turn down service is so nice. Top notch service from parking, to room service, and bell service - we always feel so spoiled! The Carousel Bar is always a treat - the French 75 was perfect! Our favorite NOLA hotel!"
