"It was a nice stay, they gave me a room I didn’t request, I wanted a better view and they gave me the rooftop of the side building. But it’s very convenient for the money and it wasn’t that bad after all. Now what they have inside the hotel was impressive restaurants and small gift shop, cute. They do need to upgrade their TV’s. "Overall, a great property! EXCELLENT location to walk to Subway, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Ctr, Times Square & Broadway area theaters. Very nice outdoor patio area off the rear of the lobby. Very comfortable lobby seating area. Christmas decorations were tasteful & cheerful. The downside was with some members of the hotel staff. We had 2 issues w/Front Desk staff & had to escalate to Front Desk Manager for resolution. We also had a highly undesirable communication issue with a particular Hilton...
