"For the price it's a great hotel, clean, good service, good breakfast, the restaurant could have better food options for the day. It is "far" and not that "easy" walk to downtown Cartagena, but it's very close to the airport. Again, all th staff was great, and it was very clean, pool has games for kids, and there is also a kid's area. Right outside there is a 2km nice circuit to run Moving in taxi is very easy and accessible "

A special mention to Jhordan (concierge), Luis (restaurant) and Jorge (rooftop bar) for their friendliness and exceptional customer service. A real credit to the hotel. Rooms were impeccably clean and well laid out and it really was a luxurious place to stay while exploring Cartegena. "
