"I would recommend to anyone booking a trip to Punta Cana. If I had to nit pick I would say that offerings at the buffet were not warm enough for hot items. Sandra and Dinora were absolutely amazing with the kids, and kept them engaged in many fun activities both in the mini clubhouse as well as on the pool deck. The entertainment staff kept us very busy. We participated in more of the activities this time around and we were glad we did. Alfred and Genna made sure that we would never bored and we loved interacting with them. Many of the staff members that we encountered on our last trip there two years ago remembered us, which made us feel very comfortable and at home."
