"Building is nice, front desk was helpful, and assist you to the room once you get there. There is 24hr security. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Price was not bad for a 2 story loft, decent price. Hotel has a pool and gym and a couple of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely book again."

"I had a terrible time at that place. The first thing, I didn't stay at Residencial Las Palmera but instead at Residencial Las Estrellas in Boca Chica. And the second thing, the man there tried to charge more than what's online. My apartment with two bedrooms was pretty bad. There wasn't air conditioning and it was hot on the first floor. So I had to stay in my bedroom for the rest of the days when there was AC. Then, the fridge stopped working and the WiFi connection sucked so badly that it...

"EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE YUNERY AND RICKY WHERE MOST HELPFULL AND EXCELLENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY RESERVATION AND WHERE ABLE TO ACOMODATE MY REQUEST TO GET MY ROOM AND MY STAY WELCOME. THE PLACE FEEL SAFE AND CLEAN, IS A BIT NOICE LOUD WITH ALL THE NIGHTLY ACTIVITY BUT OVERALL GOOD."
