"My friend and I just got back from vacation and we were sad to leave! The staff are such kind, hardworking, and positive people. The entertainment crew: “Baby Angelo, Maria, Tinkerbell, Vanilla Ice, Carlos, and Roberto” were energetic, amazing people. They planned entertaining, fun daily activities that you could join or not. The days and evenings were equally enjoyable. The rooms were always clean, the pools (quiet pool and social pool) were both beautiful spots. The beach was amazing and clean. The restaurants were delicious. I wish they had more opportunities to book the popular Italian restaurant when new traveler's arrive. I vegan, and while there were a lot of veggies and fruit options at buffets, it would have been nice to have more vegan option at restaurants. My friend said the meat was amazing though. I would definitely come back to this resort! It exceeded our expectations. "

"Great resort for a family with adult kids. We were able to enjoy all activities and RIU parties. Pools are open 24/7 which I have never encountered, Surroundings are not luxurious but very practical and pretty, without feeling the need to go to that one spot, plenty pools, chairs and smart shade, no need to wake up early for umbrellas. Not a 5 star food choice but plenty healthy, fresh option, and to be fair, I don’t pick all inclusive if food is my main attraction. Breakfast is the best and Tania made it even better, every morning greating us with a smile and taking care of us. Overall we had a blast and would come back here. "

"Great beach! Even some turtles came and visit daily. Well maintained garden. Clean paths. Adult areas highly appreciated. The service at the bars were fast and polite. All employees were kind and we tried our best to get around not speaking spanish. Two things were not optimal: Late Dinner option at the Surf&Turf restaurant was good but it seems like our waitress was far overworked and tired. Not ONE smile, several mistakes and rude service… we spoke with the manager. In one night we got three visitors in our room. Obviously by accident and cleared situation fast but not a good feeling that someone could enter our room with another bracelet… recommendation: always lock the room from the inside. "
