"Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."

"Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. Do not get fooled by its 3-star status, as the rooms, deco and services would definitely compete with at least a 4-star counterpart. Located at the center of Florence with walking distance to the main train station and lots of venues and museums, the hotel is a true gem.
