"Great location, the room and facilities were very clean and cozy. The common area had an espresso machine and purified water and snacks. The host Shaila was very friendly and hospitable and presented us with gifts and useful information upon arrival. There was a balcony in our room with an excellent view of the lush neighborhood. The building was minutes away from the various bridges that lead into downtown and the famous Pegaso bakery was just around the corner. Highly recommended, we had a great time in Florence at the 1900 Artevita, thanks again for everything!"

"Incredible stay in the attic room! Cozy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely. I arrived late but the owners provided me information to get inside, so there were no issues. The location is a little hard to identify from the outside, so you have to pay attention to the little signs on the door. But it was very quiet, which was perfect for me. Stairs only, no elevator. The shower could use a little renovation, since the sliding doors fall off very easily. Biggest recommendation is some kind of non-slip floor in the shower. It's VERY slippery, and the shower is so small that I worried I'd fall into the doors and knock them off! A/C works great."
