"Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating. "We stayed two nights in April. This was our first time in Florence and loved it. The hotel is in a great location, tons of places to visit minutes away and it seemed like within 20 minutes you could walk anywhere. The room was clean and pretty good size by European standards. The bathroom was decent size also. We would stay here again. "

"The hotel is in the center of the city, easy to walk, clean, safe, has parking, I had read in other reviews that the room was small, however was perfect for 4 persons. The staff was so wonderful, we can left the luggage in a safe place. Highly recommended "

"Great location close to the train. We loved being able to open the windows during the day to let the light and fresh air in. It was nice to close the shutters at night too. Lots of great coffee bars and restaurants within a block or two. We also enjoyed the big shower. Lucia was a great host and we appreciate the good communication!"
