"I was in Florence for a week studying. and I had to find a place that was both comfortable and affordable. I was a little nervous about the shared bathroom situation. but there was two on my floor and it wasn't an issue at all really. the people who work here were always friendly and helpful. I really have no issues. I had an awesome stay. "

"It was right in the heart of Venice, and walkable from the boat port from the airport. However, if you have lots of luggage, there are several bridges to cross and the cobblestone street made it difficult to maneuver my luggage. When we left, we took a private boat from the rear of the hotel, which made it very convenient to the train station. The historical beautiful property was very special."

"A little confusing at first to find the actual hotel in the building. You can't find a better location if you want to walk around Florence. Cab took me right to the door from the airport. I am an older female and was travelling on my own, but never felt unsafe."

"I cannot stress how much we absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small but comfortable room with a shared bathroom (there were 2 in the hall) and while I initially was anxious about that, not once did we ever feel like it was shared. The staff keeps the hotel and bathrooms INCREDIBLY clean; you don’t even get the feeling that there are others staying there. The location is also incredible - everything is within 15 mins walking. We will certainly be back!"
