Good value in great location
Great value in a wonderful location, especially since we’d just paid double for a similar property in Rome. The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. The shower fixture rusted off the wall while we were there, the hot water ran out if all four of us wanted to shower straight after each other, and the toilet pipes often clogged, but we still enjoyed our stay! Management were very responsive and helpful. Overall we felt like it was worth what we paid.

This apartment was in a great location. All the sights, shopping and restaurants were right outside the door. They were willing to adjust the pre-arrainged meeting time due to a last minute change of plans because of a train strike. I would definitely use them again.

Situated right in the heart of Florence next to the Piazza del Duomo, this property was very convenient and walkable to all of the sites in the area. The owner was friendly and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had plenty of room for our family of four and loved looking out the windows at the activity in the streets below.

Great space for 2
The mini corso suite was the perfect space for the two of us. The location couldn't be better and we enjoyed the outdoor space. Having the kitchenette and a second sink was a nice bonus. The skylight in the bathroom was magical.

We rented an apartment and from the pictures had the impression that there is a view to the Duomo. Instead it was a view to a back street Regardless, the apartment was very good, spacious and located very close, walking distance, to all tourist attractions. We enjoyed the facility. Communication from the property management was great.

Charming historical place to stay
Location location location. We stayed at the charming Guelfa suite. Super quaint and given its historical.location and condition, one can't help but genuinely appreciate its more rustic charm and magic. Close to everything including train station. Super convenient small kitchen with washer. Only challenge was the toilet which I'm sure has since been resolved.

This was the perfect apartment for Florence. It was in an excellent location, was spacious, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. We were traveling with teenagers, and there was enough room for us to spread out a bit. Definitely recommend it.
