Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "

"We would never consider staying anywhere but Hotel Costatini ! We even had 3 different sets of friends come and stay In rooms as well. Can’t say enough positive. Perfect location can just about touch the duomo. Rooms large and clean. Staff phenomenal. And on 2nd floor a restaurant with rooftop cafe. Can’t beat it. Looking at dates to come back "

"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."
