"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping...

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, our room with Turkish bathroom was perfect. The hotel location is really central which makes walking to Florence’s attractions so easy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. If we had to mention anything that could be improved, it would be the firmness of the beds, but this is personal preference, (a topper would be a perfect solution). This is a minor point though and no way spoilt our stay. We would definitely book again! Thank you "

"Excellent Location, close to everything, walking distance no more than 10 minutes to all interesting places, lot of places where to have dinner, breakfast is included but not a the facility, I could neve find the place the staff told me,"
