This is quite possibly our favorite hotel. We were thrilled to be able to walk the city and eat at the most delicious restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing, the room-pristine. We had a great time in Florence!

The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!
