The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"The location is great. The room is quiet. The staffs are friendly. However, the elevator is tiny and slow. The toilet and sink in the bathroom are way too high. There is no bidet in the bathroom. Even so, its price is very reasonable for its location. If I ever visit Florence again, I might consider booking this hotel again."
