"The property was right around the corner from the Chicago Theater, which is where we were seeing a show. That was super convenient. The first person we met was Mariam, the front desk receptionist. This was our first stay at a Virgin hotel, so I had a lot of questions. She not only patiently answered everything, but also explained more of the amenities in the building. This included the cafe, restaurant (which includes room service), gym, bar, and more! I was really impressed by the thoroughness...

"The hotel's interior design is ideal for any get away. I stayed at the Junior Suit facing Millennium Park and the view was splendid. They had about a 32 oz complementary water with various snacks and liquor to purchase. The concierge was very lovely and helpful. I love the diversity of the staff. The one area I wasn't happy with the service was when I went to eat the roof top restaurant, "Cindy." When arriving at the restaurant I was greeted with a, "How can I help you?," I was confused due to...

"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago. So much character within the hotel itself that we could not help but feel we had entered another period of time. Perfect location for exploring the city too. And the pool area was just marvelous. We will definitely be back!"
