"The hotel is in a great location and all in all it is clean and nice the only thing I did notice was the room has a faint oder of dog and the hallway is stronger small of dog and mildew. My room was clean and huge (King room) and the bed was great water pressure was great, breakfast was standard eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit and plenty of room to sit. I would definitely stay again."

"During our road trip from Eureka to Redding along Highway 299, my partner and I stumbled upon this charming lodge. We initially planned for a single night's stay, and were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. Later that day, a severe snowstorm forced us to extend our stay. The staff proved exceptional help and accommodations, offering us a very reasonable rate for a second night due to the storm. Our room, a clean and well-prepared king suite, overlooked the river, and was absolutely perfect for us. The lodge grounds are beautifully maintained, and the surrounding natural scenery of the Trinity was stunning. Watching the geese on the river was a particularly enjoyable experience. Considering the price, this lodge offers excellent value. I will continue to recommend this lodge, and we will be back!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff is super friendly and patient, the room we stayed in was so immaculately clean, and they are incredibly dog friendly. For those reading this considering bringing your dog, this was a very place and the fee for the dog to stay is not at all expensive. For those who are reading this who do not bother to read the hotel policy on pets and try to bring your cats like many others we witnessed, don’t be lazy and read the policy! Takes a minute of your time and it clearly states dogs only! One of the people we witnessed bringing cats was quite rude to the front desk person and tried to blame the hotel for him not reading the pet policy. Just cannot help but stress this as I don’t understand anyone bringing their fur babies on a trip you should always read the policies to ensure your pet can stay. "
