The room was clean and organized. I am handicapped, and all the bars that I needed were there.

This was a bad location in a busy highway with traffic noise all night. Some people started yelling and arguing at 5am. The wall thermostat would not work. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was trying to save a little money and this is what happened. I will spend the extra $20 to stay somewhere nicer to be able to sleep better!

The swimming pool covered by huge black tarp full of dirt docks and leaves and it stinks. Hair in the cups on the sink. No battery in the smoke detector the door of detector was open. There was a big drop off to the kitchen on the floor but the Vinal wood concealed it so I tripped and fell against the fridge. Hurt my foot and shoulder. You should not use the wyndum or how ever you penance it. And almost 100 dollars a night rip off. I am disabled we stayed two days because I really hurt my foot the room was not that clean. I have pictures of smoke detector. No elevator and I am disabled and had to climb steps several times hard to do with a walker. Wasted my money on that room I should have stayed at the same place I stayed at heading to San Diego. Staff was friendly with what they had.

My husband wasn't feeling good, so I went to ask if we could check in 3 hours early, and the front desk guy. I think his name is Alex, was so kind and helpful. He even waved the early check in fee, because my husband was sick.

Lovely woman checked me in named Sunny! She was welcoming, professional, warm and efficient. She quickly checked me in, oriented me to the property. The office/lobby area very nice. The price was great! Super grateful pets are allowed. We travel with two small dogs. The parking area is incredibly cramped, the spaces very small. We ended up wedged between 2 trucks with barely enough space to open our vehicle doors. We did not feel our vehicle was secure/safe. The parking area was within a kind of courtyard but still open to the street at the end of the town (Redding). The room smelled like cat piss when we opened the door. The floor had chips in it, bathroom wall had been patched, front of fridge dirty, mold in corners of shower wall.

On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and energetic, which was appreciated. The breakfast was decent. However, I would rate the hotel no higher than 6.5 overall due to cleanliness issues. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—towels had hair strands on them, and the bathtub towel appeared unwashed. The hairdryer handle was so dirty that I had to use tissue paper to hold it, and the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly. I would not recommend this motel to anyone who values hygiene.
