The room is spacious, and the hotel staff are friendly. Its location is convenient to access I-5 highway. However, the Wi-Fi speed is slow. I hope they can improve it in the future.

Staff is friendly and rooms have been renovated but our bathroom smelled like old vomit and staff gave us a spray to try combat the smell. The pool area is nice but the water is ice cold.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and the location. My husband and I visited from New York for 4 days and it was the best stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning. As far as traffic noise from the freeway, we had our AC on so we couldn't even hear it. We plan on coming back to Redding every year as my family lives there, so we will be staying at Holiday inn off twin view every time!

Christina at the front desk was very helpful. My reservation was somehow stuck in the computer system and she took the time to help me by letting me settle down in my room first and when my prepaid reservation finally showed up in the hotels computer she let me know so I could complete the check-in process. She is very patient and resourceful and handled the situation very professionally. She deserves a commendation
