The staff are great and helpful and we always enjoy staying, the gym/pool experience was a little disappointing with no towels because the attendant had to stay to monitor children. We had to then go get room towels and didn’t feel like great service, the last time we stayed there were also problems with the pool. also the room temperature was freezing and not changeable."

"It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake.
