"The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could of been cleaner and warmer but overall a great hotel in great location for what we needed. Bar food was great and nothing was over priced. Looking to book again in 2026 when going on holiday from Birmingham airport 🙂"

"- customer service lacking - no luggage trolley - no room allocated, waited up to 15 mins for check in - Room dusty, and bathroom had not been cleaned at all - dried urine on floor and toilet - key card not working - rooms a bit of a maze - townhouse room - could hear the neighbours - parking supposed to be free, but received a parking ticket which now having to challenge"

"Easy check in process. Staff were friendly but could have been a bit more chattier. We were in an end room but it felt like we were next to a boiler room so there was a bit of noise through the night. Room has large mirrors but no plug next to them. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is situated ideally for a walk into the city centre."

"Stayed one night Here. Pleasant. Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "
