"Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful! Rooms were big and had everytging you needed. Had a nice view of birmingham. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast was really good"

"Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."
