"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

"Lovely place to stay. Ideal location for Broad Street and the shopping centre, theatres etc. House has plenty of room, everything you need and very clean. The host is very easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great price and good location for accessing local attractions in the West Midlands. Simple, clean with everything we needed."

"The property online looked clean and great decor. However when we got there there was a nasty smell, dirty carpets, leak from the radiator in the bathroom With paint peeling off the radiator, dirt on the walls, no way of closing the blinds unless stretching up to turn the button, mould around the sink, dirty oven, sloping stairs which made climbing them extremely dangerous, intermittent internet and tv not working. We did call but no one got back to us although they said they would. We left...

"Myself and 4 friends stayed here for a 30 year University Reunion with 3 bringing their teenage children. With 8 of us staying, Lee organised to have all the beds and futons made up which was perfect. Lee was really communicative before and during our stay which was great. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The location is excellent. Plenty of cafe’s and restaurants within a stones throw and a short walk to the centre of Coventry. I would...

"The house was a perfect place for a long overdue family holiday. 14 of our family stayed for a long weekend, communication with host was excellent the house itself was decorated and furnished to a really high standard the house was extremely well maintained and very clean. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again"

Lovely Midlands Hotel.

"Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "
