The room is extremely cold and the shower was extremely hot. Could not take a shower, it was like burning myself. Really rubbish, room was so cold even after putiing hot ac on, it was still cold. Reception has to ask my name three to four times before he could find me.

Hi, I stayed at this property. The fire alarm was going of all night and I didn’t sleep at all. Broken sleep throughout the night. To top it off the shower wasn’t working properly and the water temperature was warm. Spoke to the receptionist in the morning about a refund or some sort of compensation for the unpleasant night and they advised me to contact hotels.com and assured me that you guys would offer me the refund as I booked through you.

Second time booking first time room smelt of cigarettes and second time room smelt of damp, every time iv checked in moody staff can’t even smile or greet you but when I left morning staff was brilliant happy and said hello to me as soon as I walked in the door, desperate booking but going back and expecting something different lol

Poor bed and food
Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. (Springs and very little padding). Food in the restaurant was mediocre and unedible. Certainly won't be staying again
