"The room was not as we expected. You opened the door straight onto the double bed. There were just about enough room to walk round the bed. 2 kited steps up to the bathroom. No chairs in the bedroom as so small. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you helped yourself from a cupboard in the reception area. The noise from the traffic was like being next to a motorway- even with the secondary glazing. We were booked for 3 nights - we stayed one and came home. On the plus side it was clean and...

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious and yet had a really cosy feel. Our evening meal was absolutely delicious, as was breakfast. The view from our room was beautiful and we had a nice walk over Tarr Steps. We will definitely return. "

"Everything was good apart from trying to find the inn on arrival. We were informed that Bower Lane was closed and spent 30 minutes driving around the local housing estates! Breakfast service was very slow, but found out the pilot light in the kitchen had gone out. Room was great. "
