Very clean, my only flaw was the male bar manager on the Saturday afternoon after having some afternoon tea we thought we will have a drink in the bar. "Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "
