"It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup"

After a long flight, arriving to the hotel they only had two people checking in all the new visitors. Once you complete the check in, there are associates behind you ready to suck you in into a buying scheme.
