The staff was welcoming and friendly, but the rooms were humid with little air circulation. The water pressure in the shower was sub-par, at best, and the water pooled and didn’t easily drain. "This hotel is in the heart of Antigua which is a lovely part of Guatemala. The hotel was very clean, safe and comfortable with very friendly staff. Although it’s in the centre, I slept throughout the night without any issue of noise. Everyone I met in the hotel was welcoming and friendly. It has a self-service kitchen and laundry facilities. I really love that the hotel supports charity fundraising for street dogs 💙"
