"The staff at the front desk was not friendly. A bit rude in my opinion. Room service took over an hour when we were told it would take 20-30 minutes. Staff at bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms are very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor in the room and bathroom was bowed and felt like it was sinking every time we walked in it. There was also a very potent sewer odor. When we asked about it we were told they were cleaning out the drain and there was nothing they could do...

"We stayed here for an event happening at Tech de Monterrey and the location is perfect. The hotel is located in a strip mall where you have many several options for places to eat. The hotel itself has a good breaksfast buffet, the rooms are in good shape, the AC was not working to it's full potential, but other than that it's a good choice for a stay. "
