"The location is very convenient. Breakfast is included which is good; not the very best but it is good. The tv remote control was missing and they don’t have extra. And room phone didn’t work (only in speaker mode). But bed was very comfortable. We love the jacuzzi is very clean and nice. "

"The location is perfect for exploring downtown San Jose. Just a few minutes walk to museums and the central avenue stores. Check in was a bit stressful and chaotic and our agent was not very friendly but after that the stay was great. All the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and it shows, but our room was great despite the age. We booked a deluxe room and it was huge, with a nice glassed in balcony. "The hotel was very nice. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Efren and Alex were great. The regular meals were good and reasonably priced. The only disappointments were that the pool area bar was closed and the breakfast buffet was terrible. Selection was very limited, not replenished, when empty, and food was cold. "

"Staff greeted us upon arrival and they were very helpful. The property is very well maintained, paying attention to every detail, with dedicated spaces and everything was spotless. We loved the antique vibe! Our room was cozy and spacious. The rooftop bar & restaurant is very chick with a great atmosphere. Without a doubt this hotel is one of the best options of where to stay in Dan Jose. "

"The staff was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time out of the country and they made it feel like a home away from home. The only thing that could be better is the pool area of stairs is just there. No bar tenders and area can be maintained little better. Once they fix they it will be perfect"
