"It was a wonderful experience. As Expedia VIP members we got a room upgrade and a personal concierge which was a huge help especially with dinner reservations. "We have stayed here a few times. The room options are great and the location in right in the middle of the action. Great pool that is heated and beach area. Get to the beach early to save a seat. "

"The food has gotten better, awesome staff Guillermo, Roberto and others helpful & very friendly. The beach has a beautiful view, private but it's sad that it's getting smaller. Construction was going on & it's to be expected since the hurricanes Our room had an exceptional view but it had no dresser. "This property was very quiet and did not contain all the raucous you would normally associate with places like Cancun. The views were spectacular, especially watching the whales play in the water in front of our beach. The beach, however, was not safe for guests, so patrons were prohibited from entering the water. "It was not our first time here but the first with this brand. We loved it because from the time you arrive till you leave they make you feel like you’re the most important guest ever. Location is excellent a block away from the main plaza. They are pet friendly just be aware that there’s a surcharge of $17 usd per night. Even thou is super busy and noisy outside, they have really good noise control throughout the hotel. They do serve breakfast daily on the rooftop terrace or they have a Starbucks in the first floor if you prefer. The whole staff is friendly and bilingual so don’t be afraid to speak in English. Definitely coming back on my next trip. Well done! "
