"The staff was great. Patio slider did not work well. Had to change rooms afternoon before checkout as our door lock failed to work after three different days of not working and to get staff to open our door. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Eggs were fake scrambled and dry no flavor. Lack of choices. "

"It's was amazing as always! This is my second trip to San Jose and Aloft within the last month! I'm so blessed to have Eric, Brian, the restaurant staff, Oscar, Jordan, and so many more employee's treat my service canine Sadie and I with real love, and appreciation! The comfort of the rooms, Social areas, bar, restaurant, customer service, and the cleaning ladies are all 5 star employee's! Aloft is like a second family to me!"
